What are the GST filing due dates in India?

For monthly filers: GSTR-1 by 11th and GSTR-3B by 20th of the following month. For QRMP (quarterly) filers: GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B by 13th and 22nd respectively in the month following each quarter. Turnover above Rs 5 crore requires mandatory monthly filing.

When is tax audit mandatory?

Tax audit under Section 44AB is mandatory for businesses with turnover exceeding Rs 1 crore (Rs 10 crore if 95% digital transactions), and for professionals with gross receipts exceeding Rs 50 lakh (Rs 75 lakh if 95% digital). Companies often have additional audit requirements under the Companies Act.

What are TDS quarterly return due dates?

TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q) are due by 31st of the month following the quarter: Q1 (Apr-Jun) by 31 Jul, Q2 by 31 Oct, Q3 by 31 Jan, Q4 by 31 May. TCS return (27EQ) is due by 15th of the same months.
